Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once packages have been dropped off at USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package unless your item is defective.
Please inspect your package to ensure you have received all of your items and to ensure nothing is defective.
What happens if my order is defective or I'm missing an item?
If you receive a defective item (excludes physical damages to your package) or are missing an item, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the situation. Please email us at karina@yoshitotreats.com with details and photos of the defective item.
