Shipping Costs

Shipping rates will be calculated through USPS and will range depending on where you're located and the weight of your package.

Handling Time

All of our treats are hand-made and small batch. Our current production lead time is about 7 to 10 business days from when you place the order to the time your order is shipped. Lead times may be shorter or longer depending on order volume and time of year. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Missing Packages

Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot provide additional tracking information beyond what is available to you through USPS.  Once the package has been shipped out, it is out of our control.   Please note that we cannot replace packages that are marked as delivered by USPS.

However, if your package has been returned to sender, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.  The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
